• Tavern spinach salad–With bacon, mushrooms, onions, diced egg, and warm bacon with honey mustard vinaigrette.

Course two

Choose one

• Bone-in pork loin stuffed with apple and fig–Over sweet potato mash and finished with cognac reduction.
• Almond encrusted rockfish–With wild rice pilaf and broccolini topped with dill caper butter.
• Boudin sausage and blackened chicken–In creole sauce with peppers and onions.
• Vegetarian entree–Available upon Request.

Course three

Choose one

• Strawberry rhubarb pie–Topped with fresh whipped cream.
• Dark chocolate torte–With a raspberry drizzle.
