Cider, Salt + Stock to kick off Cider Week next Thursday

JM Stock Provisions, Harvest Grocery & Supply, and Potter’s Craft Cider present “Cider, Salt + Stock” on Thursday, November 12 to celebrate the start of Cider Week Virginia. The 3-course outdoor event, which will be held at Harvest Grocery, features a line up of outstanding local ciders, fall dishes from the JM Stock team, and live bluegrass. Event details are as follows:

EVENT: Cider, Salt + Stock: A Cider Week Kick-Off Tasting Party
DATE: Thursday, November 12, 2015
TIME: 7-10p
WHERE: Harvest Grocery, 1531 West Main St, Richmond, VA. Event to be held in outdoor lot under a heated tent. Rain or shine.

WHAT: Flight of three Potter’s ciders paired with three seasonally inspired dishes cooked by Chef Matthew Greene of JM Stock. Menu will include JM Stock Duck and Pork Sausage, Cider Braised Local Pork, and a Vegetable Hash using fall produce. Final menu and ciders to be released next week. Live bluegrass music throughout event.
