Lovers of pollo rejoice. The Chicken Fiesta1 on Broad is a step closer to open. If you haven’t experienced their rotisserie chicken you’ll need to go as soon as they open the doors. It’s Peruvian style with a killer green dipping sauce. They’ll also have some fine Tex-Mex options.
