Another late night cookie option for Fan dwellers
C is for Cookie.
I’m a firm believer in the logic that if one cookie is good two cookie are better. I’m sure that same logic applies to consumers when referring to two late night cookie delivery companies.
Richmond BizSense.com has the news about a new cookie company in town, Campus Cookies. As you may already know Red Eye Cookie company started delivering cookies earlier this year, provides cookies to local stores, and operates a food truck at various events. Campus Cookies is focused on delivery of it’s 20 flavors of cookies but will have a storefront as well.
Red Eye makes its own dough in Sally Bell’s Kitchen near VCU, uses its own recipes, and wholesales to 15 shops around Richmond, in addition to delivery. Its price for a chocolate chip cookie is slightly higher than Campus Cookies’ at $1.50.
Campus Cookies buys its dough from other vendors and has a 1,200-square-foot storefront of its own that it leased after a Chinese restaurant and a leasing office moved out, Davidson said.
