• Angel hair pasta–With Amici’s tomato sauce.
• Homemade ravioli–Filled with spinach and ricotta cheese in cream sauce.
• Penne Pasta–With prosciutto, shallot, basil, tomato, brandy, and cream.

• Grilled Pork Tenderloin–With fresh grapes and port wine reduction.
• Grilled Salmon Fillet–With white balsamic reduction.
