Is a restaurant known for its limeades/shakes/slushes replacing a restaurant known for its limeades?

RUMOR: Old Bill’s Barbecue lot at Libbie and Broad (5805 W. Broad St) being turned into a Sonic Drive-In.

(Actually, it’s more than a rumor – At the May 28 Henrico County Planning Commission meeting, Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. for EMN, LLC was “requesting approval of a lighting plan at the Sonic Drive-In, formerly Bill’s BBQ.”)
