Westover Hills Elementary is giving local parents another chance to check out what’s going on behind those brick walls. Curious About Westover Hills Elementary School? is the place to go if you have any specific questions about this event or any of the other WHES happenings.

There is also an opportunity for local parents and non-parents alike to help out the school. Ms. Potter is the fourth grade teacher and is putting together a vegetable garden. The plan is to have enough space and materials for each child to have a few plants of their own to nurture. The problem is that funding is a little short for the project but the problem is easily solved with a donation to DonorsChoose.org. That link will also give you more information on this project and by using the search function you can check out all the other local schools that could use a little boost.
