  1. That 3 inch measurement in Glen Allen was from me. I plan to make another report when I get home from work, but we had 4 inches this morning.

  2. Officially 3.8” of snow today at RIC; this breaks the old record of 3.5 set in 1917. Assuming no more snow accumulates, adding in the 2.8” that fell yesterday gives us a total of 6.6” for the storm.
