    Beets on the grill are my favorite! Slice them about 1/2” thick, coat with olive oil and sprinkle on some salt and pepper. Set them on a hot grill and cook until tender, 10 minutes or so. I put them on a bun, like a burger, top with sriracha and mayo, and whatever else you like. You can thank me later.
