TIP! Shred it and forget it!

We imagine that Krang has a tote bag that says just this.

Do you have a dozen stacks of paper scattered throughout your home and office? Trying to avoid having your identity stolen again? Do you have a nefarious private investigator digging through your garbage late at night hoping to uncover the details of your latest secret trip for two to Las Vegas?

If “yes,” to any of the above, the Virginia Credit Union is offering a free document shredding event this Saturday. It’s basically what it says on the tin: stop by the VACU office in the Boulders Office Park this Saturday, May 2nd and they’ll shred up to three paper grocery bags of documents. Don’t put non-paper crap in your bags and only bring sensitive documents–leave the grocery lists at home in the recycle bin.

As an added bonus they’ll be collecting canned goods to donate to FeedMore.
