TIP! Never scramble for a pet-sitter again!

A totally un-sponsored post about a service that is so useful!

GUYS, do you know about Rover?

It’s like Airbnb for dog-sitters, in that you can pull up a map, see who’s available to dog-sit around you, and go meet them to make sure they are not a total slob with an apartment full of easily accessible chocolate and zero chew toys.

You can specify all sorts of things that you want or don’t want in a dog-sitter–want them to come to your house? stay at your house? keep your dog at their house? keep your dog and no one else’s? No problemo, just put that in your search. The prices are generally way cheaper than boarding, and my easily stressed dog is much, much happier staying at her new pal’s house where she is cuddled and made much of rather than at a scary kennel.

I really can’t recommend it enough, and I kinda wish I’d had the idea myself. Then I could just write you tips all day along from atop a giant pile of money. “Here’s how to scale a pile of money,” I’d say. “And here’s another tip on how to get down.”
