TIP! Get a sale price a week after you buy a thing

You just opened the paper and there it was!

Time was that you’d open the paper and see that sweet Walkman you bought from Circuit City last week, now advertised for less. Aww man! Well, you bought it, Matt, and you had to handle it. Luckily, Circuit City was there to help and would refund you the difference.

Present day, we don’t have Circuit Citys, Walkmans, or newspapers. We do still, however, have buying things, and most of us do a lot of that buying through Amazon. If you ever end up in a similar situation and find that something you bought from Amazon¹ suddenly went on sale, you can contact them within seven days and they’ll give you back the difference. That’s it!
