I love a good partnership. DRIVE SMART Virginia worked with the Richmond2015 crew to develop an original poster and brochure that remind us all to share the road with cyclists, both during the Big Bike Race™ and beyond (and before, too).
Both poster and brochure cost zero dollars and will be shipped to you also for zero dollars. Why not display them at your workplace, business, retail space, or restaurant to remind customers that the road is a place for sharing? Order your Share the Road literature online.
DRIVE SMART Virginia (DSV) raises awareness and promotes responsible behavior in order to make our roads safer. The nonprofit’s online store, where you can find the Share the Road posters, offers a selection of graphic posters and helpful literature reminding Virginia drivers of relevant laws.
The DSV site in general is a previously unbeknownst to me ground zero of driving laws, resources for parents and seniors, toolkits for educators, and things like a Distracted Driving Simulator, which you can request to come to your classroom or workplace.
