The Richmond SPCA and Richmond Animal League both offer incredible deals to seniors who adopt senior pets!
The Richmond SPCA offers a discounted adoption of just $50 to seniors plus all sorts of goodies for the newly adopted senior pet (age 5 and up) (the pet, not the human). Not to be outdone, Richmond Animal League offers seniors a reduced adoption fee for dogs 5-7 years old and a fee-waived adoption on dogs 8 years and up, and cats 5 and up.
