Three Chopt Road closed for emergency water main repairs Monday
The major West End thoroughfare was closed over the weekend after a water main burst.
From WTVR:
Crews have closed a section of Three Chopt Road, between North Parham and Pemberton roads, to resume road repairs following a water main break that occurred Saturday.
The road closure is expected to last from 9 a.m. to noon.
