A Taste of Carytown

Get ready to add an extra notch in your belt buckle (and we’re not talking hookups, either). All this week, Carytown restaurants are offering one-of-a-kind items and discounted prices for their very best dishes.

Carytown is getting its very own Restaurant Week, A Taste of Carytown, which will run from August 1 – 6. This will get Richmonders warmed-up for the 28th Annual Watermelon Festival on Sunday, August 7. Carytown is going to need a serious nap after this week, guys!

Here’s the deal: restaurants in Carytown will offer a one-time-only, $25 three-course fixed menu, with the more casual restaurants offering special discounted menus of their own. Each participating restaurant will donate 10% of the proceeds to the Richmond Public Schools Education Foundation, an organization that supports children’s education initiatives where public funds are lacking.

But if your social calendar is already slammed and are unable to attend, you can drop off school supplies at Carytown favorites Pink and All Fired Up. Otherwise, pick a night (or six) to grab a delicious dinner from one of your favorite Carytown restaurants, or one you’ve been meaning to try!

Menus and more details can be seen HERE.
