Sushi coming to the former Black Hand

Hoping to open in two to three months.

Where once there was coffee there will soon be kajiki.

Richmond.com and Karri Peifer have the news that owner of two well known sushi spots is spreading his empire and moving into the old Black Hand Coffee shop at 606 N. Sheppard Street.

Mak says the restaurant’s menu and specials will be similar to Akida’s and Carytown Sushi’s.

He says construction is underway and will take about two to three months.

Nathan Hughes with Bandazian and Holden handled the deal.

This will be the sixth restaurant in Devil’s Triangle, adding to The Viceroy, Bandito’s, Deco, Caliente and China Panda.

I thought the article was going to say Stinky Rice. Akida’s is awesome.
