Social 52 looking for a few good men and women to reward

Folks working to make RVA better deserve a free meal every now and again.

Inspired by the actions of local Richmond Police officer Jordan Clark who earlier this year helped out a man whose wheelchair battery died, local restaurant Social 52 is looking to reward similar actions. Officer Clark was treated to a dinner by Social 52 shortly after his actions went viral and that got the restaurant thinking about expanding the idea and rewarding folks on a monthly basis. Giving a little something back to those that give so much to making our city better.

If you know somebody that is working to make RVA a better place let Social 52 know.

Our first month of Recognizing Richmond is happening now! We need your input of those in our community who are going out of their way to make life better in the Richmond Region. Please send us a story of someone who you feel should be recognized (please do not include any personal or protected information). Each month we will be giving a dinner for two to the person we feel is most deserving. Those who are not selected for the dinner for two may also receive a gift certificate for their contribution to our community! This is just one of the ways we want to say thank you for all of the support you have shown us.

Submissions can be done through Facebook or emailed to info@social52rva.com.
