After last week’s double coupon debacle, it’s nice to see Ukrop’s keeping it simple this week, offering one coupon in its circular good for for $3 off a $30 purchase, $5 off $50, or $8 off $80. No excuses for not saving a couple bucks!

  1. Details on cheap chicken breasts today (FRIDAY) only:

Buy Perdue boneless skinless chicken breasts as part of the 5 for $25 meat deal, and which are also 50% off today. Get the heaviest packages you can find – The higher the original price is over $5, the cheaper the final cost.

    Example math – 1.69/lbs package orig $6.74
Assuming you’re buying 5 Yellow Dot meats, at the register you’ll save $1.74 (reducing the package to $5), plus $3.38 (the 50% off orig price)

Final cost: $1.62, less than $1/lb

  2. I found a package this morning that was almost 3 pounds – I actually ended up getting it for free after the reduction to $5 and then the 50% off the original price. What a deal!!!!!! I hope Martin’s continues this quarterly deal.
