Want to assemble a frugal feast? Here’s a list of where to find some of the best prices on Thanksgiving staples:

The Meat

• Turkey prices are the same as last week, except that Ukrop’s is now up to $.47/lb
• OR half Smithfield spiral-sliced ham $1.99/lb at Ukrop’s

The Fixin’s

• Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce $.79 at Walgreen’s, limit 3, with in-ad coupon
• Ocean Spray fresh cranberries (12-oz) $1.49 at Ukrop’s
• Swanson chicken broth $.49 at Target or Walgreen’s (limit 4)
• Campbell’s beef or turkey gravy $.50 at Ukrop’s; chicken or turkey gravy $.49 at Walgreen’s (limit 4) with in-ad coupon
• Stove Top stuffing $.99 at Walgreen’s or $1 at Kroger

The Taters

• Yams $.39/lb at Kroger, local sweet potatoes $.49/lb at Ukrop’s
• Betty Crocker Au Gratin potatoes $.99 at Walgreen’s (limit 4)

The Green Bean Casserole

• Fresh green beans $.99/lb at Kroger and Whole Foods, or DelMonte canned beans $.67 at Kroger
• Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup $.49 at Target
• French’s French Fried Onions $.99 for 2.8-oz at Walgreen’s, limit 3, with in-ad coupon

The Rolls

• Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits, crescents, or rolls $1.67 at Kroger. Use manufacturer coupons from Sunday’s paper, or load e-coupons from Cellfire
• Sister Schubert’s (frozen) Parker House rolls $2.50 at Kroger. Sunday’s paper had a coupon for $.50 off
• Kroger Brown ‘N Serve rolls (12-ct) $1

The Pie

• Chocolate fudge, lemon chess, or coconut tarts (4-ct) $2.50 at Ukrop’s
• Bakery pumpkin or pecan pies (9-in) $4.99 at Kroger, 1/2 price Marie Callendar’s frozen pies at Kroger
• Cool Whip (8-oz) $.88 at Kroger

The Beverages

• Welch’s sparkling grape juice $2.50 at Walgreen’s, with in-ad coupon, limit 4. Alternatively, it is priced $2.99 at Kroger with hangtag coupons on the bottle neck for $1 off 2.
• White House Apple Juice 64-oz ($1.50) at Kroger

The Servingware

• $.89 for 51-pack hot/cold cups (8.5-oz), limit 3, with in-ad coupon at Walgreen’s
• $2 for Chinet plates or bowls at Ukrop’s (8-36 ct)
