Pampers wipes are part of the P&G “Buy 4, save $4” promo at Kroger this week. After the extra $1 per item savings for buying 4, the wipes are as cheap as $.99 a pack. Plus, use the $.50 off Pampers wipes coupon from the 10/28 P&G coupon insert, which doubles to $1 off!
