RTD dines at Tarrant’s West

The menu is pretty huge, but there’s something for just about everyone.

From the Richmond Times-Dispatch:

With a vast menu, upward of 100 dishes, Tarrant’s West surely has something for everybody. Meaty sandwiches and subs, Southern classics like fried chicken and waffles, rich seafood dishes, Italian pastas and charred cuts of steak — you name it.

With such an epic menu, it might take you a while to arrive at a final, confident decision, a realization from a recent dinner at the downtown mainstay’s new Henrico County location.

While reviewer Marissa Hermanson found the restaurant’s menu a bit overwhelming (it’s practically identical to its original downtown location’s offerings), she says it’s large enough to satisfy just about any taste.

If you haven’t yet been to the restaurant’s West End iteration, you owe it to yourself to check the place out. The space is really beautiful and a far cry from the building’s interior when it housed Julian’s and Grandpa Eddie’s Barbecue, respectively.

  1. This is great stuff. It’s a shame there’s nothing in here about Henrico’s first Restaurant Week which is this week!

  2. Thanks Dawn. Trevor actually covered Henrico’s Restaurant Week on April 7th. http://rvanews.com/news/inaugural-henrico-restaurant-week-takes-place-april-11th-19th/123936
