Police seek Family Dollar robbers

Incident occurred on Saturday around 4:05 PM.

The Richmond Police Department needs the public’s help to identify the suspects in the armed robbery of a Family Dollar on Saturday.

At approximately 4:05 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, two men entered the Family Dollar at 1208 Westover Hills Blvd. and robbed the business at gunpoint.

One of the suspects can be seen in the attached surveillance images. The pair can also be seen in the video clips to be sent separately. Detectives believe the robbers may have fled the scene in a newer model KIA, driven by a white female, which was last seen traveling west toward Forest Hill Avenue .

Anyone with any information about this man’s identity or this crime is asked to call Third Precinct Detective William Cutshall at (804) 646-1068 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
