via Richmond.com: Everyone seemed to hope the closing was temporary, it’s not. Nathan Hughes, commercial real estate agent and VP/Sales Manager with Bandazian & Holden, tweeted Tuesday evening that Perly’s Restaurant is now for sale. The asking price is $498,000 for the business and the building.
