Patina Restaurant & Bar offering three-course Mother’s Day dinner

The menu for this day of celebrating mom is $40 per person; $18 per child under 12.

Patina Restaurant & Bar in Short Pump is serving up a special prix fixe menu for Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 8th. The dinner is priced at $40 per adult; $18 per child 12 and under. The full menu is below.


First course

Berry Watermelon Gazpacho

Manakintowne Field Greens
Goat cheese, garlic croutons, walnuts, orange balsamic vinaigrette

Poached Pear & Frisee Salad
Gorgonzola, spiced pecans. Crispy bacon, ranch-port wine dressing

Smoked Salmon
Dill potato salad

Braised Pork Belly
Frisee, watercress & radicchio salad with a champagne lemon vinaigrette

Panko Fried Oysters
Lemon caper remoulade, chipotle aioli

Second course

Eggs Benedict
English muffin, canadian bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise, potato hash

Crab Cake “Benedict”
Spinach, grilled asparagus, poached egg, hollandaise, potato hash

Steak & Eggs
4oz tenderloin, poached eggs, potato hash, hollandaise, dressed greens

Scrambled Eggs
Smoked salmon, goat cheese, sautéed spinach, grilled peasant bread

Grilled Atlantic Salmon
Grilled asparagus, saffron rice, lemon caper beurre blanc

Grilled French Cut Chicken
Haricot verts, saffron rice, marsala wine sauce

Whipped potato, arugula, radicchio & pine nuts salad with a citrus vinaigrette, parmesan

Penne Pasta & House-made Pork Fennel Sausage
