Patina Restaurant & Bar announces new chef, launch of winter menu

Chef Todd is a graduate of Johnson Wales and studied under a James Beard award winner.

Patina Restaurant & Bar in Short Pump announced this morning the hiring of a new chef and the launch of a new winter menu.

From Patina:

We are pleased to announce the hiring of Chef Todd, a graduate of Johnson Wales University, as our new Executive Chef.

Chef Todd learned his art de cuisine under master French Chef, Frederic Faveau, a James Beard award winning chef. Chef Todd embraces the philosophy of serving simply prepared dishes crafted to evoke full flavors through the use of the highest quality seasonal ingredients, creative composition and sound cooking technique.

Chef Todd’s first effort will include a new winter menu. The menu’s progression will reflect his inspiration, perspective and background in serving updated French & Italian bistro classics with a new American twist. His next order of business, using the same philosophy, is to create a Bistro Menu for the bar. Offering lower priced items for guests to enjoy while sipping on craft cocktails, local micro brews or a glass of wine from our extensive and unique wine list.

Patina Restaurant & Bar is located at 3416 Lauderdale Drive in The Shops at Wellesley, near Short Pump Town Center. Check out the new menu online here.
