Old pictures of Fonticello, Bellemeade Community Center, and Westover Hills Tennis Courts.
Richmond Parks and Recreation is in search of photos from Fonticello Park (Carter Jones Park above), Bellemeade Community Center, and the Westover Tennis Courts before they were renovated. If you have any that you care to share, please feel free to email them to tamara.jenkins@richmondgov.com
