Course One: Blue Cheese and Local Fig Salad
Picked less than one half mile from Olio, these plump figs are the perfect foil to our “Roaring 40’s” blue cheese

Course Two: Grandma Rebecca’s Pasta Salad Primavera
Featuring crisp, fresh local veggies from Victory Farms and tender imported pasta tossed in extra virgin olive oil and fresh garden herbs

Course Three: Burgers with a Twist!
Juicy, tender ground bison seared and topped with creamy melted Tallegio cheese and pate.  Served atop sweet potato crisps!

Course Four: Old Fashioned Cobbler
Featuring local fruit and baked in Olio’s hearth
