After finding that neat real estate listing from 1910, I thought I would try and find the houses listed and do a before and after. I was able to find four of the nine houses pictured — I imagine some of them no longer exist, and some I just missed. For reference, let’s number the houses from left to right, top to bottom, 1-9.
If you know where any of the others are let me know and I’ll add them!
3210 Seminary (#1)
3401 Chamberlayne (#3)
3218 Seminary (#4)
In this one, I think you can see the Seminary in the lower right of the photo.
3600 Seminary (#5)
I think this one is correct, although the actual house has an additional window on the side of the roof. An expansion maybe?
