- Vaccinations for school and/or daycare entry
- Physicals for Head Start and elementary school entry
- Tdap boosters for rising 6th graders
No appointment is needed and walk-ins are welcome.
All for FREE!
Parents, you MUST bring in your child’s immunization records and insurance card (if you have it).
