Fifth District Clean-ups start up on April 12th

In the latest newsletter from 5th District’s Parker Agelasto we get the dates on monthly clean-ups scheduled throughout the district.

The 5th District Clean-Ups will resume this April and will continue each month until October. To make it easier for 5th district residents to sign-up to volunteer you can visit www.handsonrva.org to sign up for district clean-up. The volunteer opportunities will be posted under 5th District Community Clean-Ups and will provide the meeting location, dates and times. Registering online will also allow you to track your volunteer hours and receive reminder e-mails regarding the clean-up.

The following dates are scheduled for the following neighborhoods:

Saturday, April 12th- Randolph and Oregon Hill

Saturday, May 17th- Swansboro and Hull St. Corridor

Saturday, June 21st-Uptown, Boulevard, Fan

Saturday, July 19th- Woodland Heights, and Spring Hill

Saturday, August 16th- Carytown and Stadium

Saturday, September 20th- Maymont and Carrillon

Saturday, October 18th- Byrd Park
