Favorites: Comfort’s pork tenderloin

The dinner menu on Comfort’s chalk board is a little light on details, listing simply “Ribeye” or “Rockfish”. The lack of descriptions comes from preparations that change from time to time, but whether it’s smoked, grilled, or roasted, the pork tenderloin ($21 with two sides) is always juicy and flavorful. Don’t worry, that rich, salty pan gravy goes well with any of their vegetable sides.
