Couple searching for good samaritans who paid for anniversary dinner at The Melting Pot

A couple out for an anniversary dinner in Henrico was shocked to find out someone had paid the check and now wants to find the Good Samaritan.

Dan Chianfoni and his wife, Jackie, celebrated their second wedding anniversary at the Melting Pot at Gayton Crossing on Monday. Dan is 26-years-old and has an artificial heart. He moved his family to Virginia to have a better chance at a heart transplant. The General Manager asked him about it when he came to check on their meal. Later, when Dan asked for the check he received this note from a couple who had overheard Dan’s battle.
