Bon Air’s Gelati Celesti robbed
Incident occurred at 5:47 PM on Wednesday night.

No one was injured in the robbery of an ice cream shop in the Stony Point Shopping Center in South Richmond on Wednesday evening.
Richmond police spokeswoman Dionne Waugh said the robbery was reported at 5:47 p.m. at Gelati Celesti in the 3000 block of Stony Point Road, where an employee told detectives that a male demanded money from the cash register before the two struggled and the register fell to the floor. The robber grabbed money and fled on foot.
Waugh said detectives were following up on several leads today.
