Advent LOLs, part one

Advent! It’s that time of year where people confusingly give small disposable presents every day for a certain number of days beginning on some day and ending on another day.

Advent! It’s that time of year where people confusingly give small disposable presents every day for a certain number of days beginning on some day and ending on another day. We love presents, but thought it’d be exorbitantly expensive to give each of you a chocolate bar every day for the next couple weeks. So, we turned to social media. We’ll be dealing out hilarious LOL-inducing “links,” so get your LOL parts (and your Twitter accounts) ready!

But wait a second, we’ve already been doing this for the better part of two weeks! If you missed it, fear not and feel free to catch up below.

11. Death metal parroty

I’m just going to let Wikipedia do the talking for me:

Hatebeak is a death metal band, formed by Blake Harrison, Mark Sloan and Waldo, a 19 year old Congo African Grey Parrot. The band members do not use their last names on their releases “for the mystery.” Hatebeak is unique in that they are the only band to feature a parrot on vocals. They are currently signed to Reptilian Records.
