Craig Belcher, Chris Dovi and Don Harrison are re-launching the local-focussed “Open Source” talk show on WRIR 97.3 FM this Friday, August 3rd at 4PM.

The show originally launched in April 2011 with Will Snyder as the host with straightforward premise:

It’s a one-hour call-in show where we’ll have the Richmond region’s top newsmakers and analysts in the studio every Friday. I picked the name “Open Source” because I want your input, too, via calls, emails and Twitter.

The broadcasts stayed on top of headlines here in Richmond and Will was good at lining up interesting folks to get deeper into what was going on. The show ended in May of this year when Will moved away, though that entire “first version” downloaded as podcasts.

If you’re interested in what is going on in Richmond, tune in on Friday and check’em out.
