A woman was whacked on the head by dude on Broad Street just west of the McDonalds by the Science Museum:
Kiniry said the woman and her friend noticed they were being followed on West Broad by a man, so they turned around and asked him to leave them alone. Instead of leaving, the man took off his backpack and used it to strike the victim in the head at least twice before running west on Broad.
The suspect was described as a white man, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall with a tattoo on his neck and wearing a white jacket and camouflage shorts.
