From Lt. Timothy Morley of Richmond’s Fourth Precinct comes an invitation to the North Richmond community to come out and welcome the City of Richmond Police Department’s Fourth Precinct to its new home on Chamberlayne Avenue:
Chief Bryan Norwood, and the men and women of Fourth Precinct, invite the community to our Grand Opening Celebration. The community is invited to join us on Saturday Feb, 7th for an open house and light refreshments. Our new facility is located at 2219 Chamberlayne Ave, and it houses the RPD Special Events Division in addition to 4th Precinct officers.
We will open the precinct for the community from 10:30 am until 1:30 pm. We are excited about getting closer to the center of the communities that we serve, and we hope to see you at the Grand Opening.
