Free Washington Redskins Fit Fest this weekend at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.
As part of Fan Appreciation Weekend, the First Annual Washington Redskins Fit Fest will take place this weekend at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 2 and Sunday, August 3, sponsors and exhibitors will be at the convention center with products and activities to promote a healthy lifestyle. This free and family-friendly event will feature player and coach appearances, contests and raffles, free health tests and screenings from Bon Secours, family friendly sports and activities, and health awareness programs. A special Kids Area will help teach children about health eating with a “Food Fear Factor” challenge.
