Volunteers needed to help mulch in Byrd Park

Friends of William Byrd Park (FOWBP) will be coordinating a “Prune & Groom” event to mulch the young trees around the VitaCourse and possibly the Roundhouse also. Friends of William Byrd Park (FOWBP) will be coordinating a “Prune & Groom” event to mulch the young trees around the VitaCourse and possibly the Roundhouse also. Volunteers need only bring gloves (loppers and/or clippers if you have them). Richmond Dept. of Parks and Recreation will be providing the mulch and tools.

Volunteers for this event, please contact Judy Howlett at 358-1797 or by email at friendsofwmbyrdpark@gmail.com for more information and to ensure we have enough tools and wheelbarrows for everyone.
