A press release from the City of Richmond today announced the opening of a new business in Shockoe Slip, Virginia Hair, LLC Salon & Spa at 14 S. 15th St.

The new business will open with assistance from the City of Richmond Department of Economic Development’s Commercial Area Revitalization Effort (CARE) and Enterprise Zone.

The salon offers a broad range of services, and will have opening day specials. Hours of operation are Monday – Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7
p.m.; Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
