Dwayne J. Fleming identified as N. 28th Street homicide victim
The Richmond Police Department has identified the man found shot to death last night as Dwayne J. Fleming, 27, of the 1800 block of North 28th Street.
The Richmond Police Department has identified the man found shot to death last night as Dwayne J. Fleming, 27, of the 1800 block of North 28th Street.
Officers were initially called to that block at approximately 6:11 p.m. on Monday for a report of random gunfire. Officers were on scene in less than three minutes and found the victim shot to death inside a residence.
