VCU Technology Fair: Free lunch, Great prizes, Impressive presentations

The 2008 VCU Technology Fair brings the latest in technology developments for the classroom, research, and mobile computing to VCU. Thinking about purchasing an iPhone, a BlackBerry, an iPod Touch, or new laptop? Want to learn how others are using emerging technologies to streamline their research, workflow, patient interactions, and educational experience? Then plan to attend the VCU Technology Fair. This event is free and open to the public.

Day 1: April 8th, 10:00AM – 2:00PM, University Student Commons, 907 Floyd Ave., Richmond, VA, 23284-2032, call 828-3653 for more information.

Day 2: April 9, 2008, 9:00AM – 2:00PM, Tompkins-McCaw Library for the Health Sciences, 509 N.12th Street, Richmond, VA 23298. Call 804-828-0626 for more information.

Participating exhibitors include Lenovo, Dell, Cisco, EMC2, Panasonic and Microsoft and others.

Over 20 items to be raffled including 20 iPod shuffles, 1 iPod Touch, 2 printers, Godiva chocolates, and other goodies.
