A partner in the new place, Gurjeet Singh, says he is planning an upscale, fine-dining environment in the 70-year-old restaurant site that had been renamed Tower Fish House before closing in March. He hopes to open in late November. Singh says he will manage the restaurant along with partner Harvinder Singh. Gurjeet Singh will also serve as head chef, though he will be hiring cooks to help him.
