1) The Board of the Petersburg City Public Schools will have a Public Hearing on policy sections K – (School-Community Relations) and L – (Education Agency Relations) at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, February 4th in the main board room, just prior to the regular meeting which will begin at 7pm.
2) The Board of the PCPS will hold a joint-meeting with the Petersburg City Council on Tuesday, January 27 at 6:30pm to discuss the fiscal year 2009-2010 budget. The public is welcome to attend but public comments will not be taken at this time. Note that discussion of the location is ongoing and it may not be held at the Petersburg School Board Office. However, the date and time are confirmed, so please mark your calendars. Location details will be shared as soon as they are confirmed. This meeting will be held at Vernon Johns Jr. High School, 3101 Homestead Drive, Petersburg.
