Two black labs found
Do you recognize this dogs?
Westover Hills StrayWatch:
Two stray black labs (see attached photograph) turned up this morning around the 5300 block of Riverside / New Kent Rd. this morning. A neighbor has them in temporary protective custody. If these are your dogs or you know who their owner is, please contact Elizabeth Roderick at (804) 564-5897.
