  • Spicy steak tartare — With cured egg, pickles, and grilled bread
  • Smoked chicken wings — With our hot sauce and alabama white sauce

  • Roasted chicken — With gruyere mac ‘n’ cheese, sausage fat bread crumbs, and surry sausage
  • Sauteed catfish — With cheese grits, spicy red pepper sauce, and green tomato chow chow
  • Flank steak — With smoked potato salad, black garlic, and pickled red onions
  • Bone-in pork chop — With baked beans, carolina gold bbq sauce, coleslaw, and fried leeks
  • Pan-roasted rockfish — With farro, surry sausage, mushrooms, and Virginia peanut & spring pea romesco
