  • Southern poutine — French fries, sausage gravy, pimento cheese, and pickles
  • Border springs lamb ragout — With polenta and slow cooked egg
  • Cornbread, pimento cheese, pork rinds, and pickles

Choose one

  • Sauteed trout — With Carolina rice, field peas, chow chow, and hot sauce butter
  • Pan-roasted catfish — With turnips, brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and mushroom broth
  • Jerk-spiced bistro steak — With sour cream mashed potatoes, housemade A-1, and braised greens
  • Pork cheeks — With cheese grits, braised greens, and red wine jus
  • Roasted chicken breast — With anson mills farro, celery root, apple, and chorizo broth
