  • Red curry mussels — With coconut, lime, and grilled bread
  • Roasted beets and smoked bluefish — With everything crema, pickled onion, sherry wine vinaigrette
  • Butter lettuce, apple, fennel — With bacon, boiled egg, blue cheese, our ranch
  • Fried clam strips — With Alabama white sauce, our hot sauce
  • Roasted pork belly — With apple and fennel slaw, toasted peanuts, curried yogurt
  • Creamed pea soup — With soft cooked egg and chili oil

Course two

Choose one

  • Roasted catfish — With creamed shell beans, hominy, surry sausage, and grainy mustard
  • Roasted pork shoulder — With red beans and rice grits, yellow bbq sauce, and green tomato relish
  • Roasted flank steak — Jerk spiced baby sweet potatoes, avocado yogurt, and pickled onion
  • Roasted scallops — With mushroom and bacon cheese grits, and spring onion broth
  • Roasted chicken thigh — With roasted potatoes, local mushrooms, ramps, and peanut romesco

Course three

Choose one

  • Panna cotta — With granola
  • Peanut butter pie — With whipped cream
  • Foie gras pound cake –With caramel ice cream
