  • Shrimp & polenta — With fried goat cheese, herb polenta, shrimp, andouille sausage, and okra

  • Spaghetti squash casserole — Baked spaghetti squash, mushroom, and spinach casserole with ricotta and parmesan cheese, olive oil, and toasted pumpkin seeds
  • Biscuits and chicken — Chicken stew with peas, spinach, carrot, and onion over two buttermilk biscuits
  • Gumbo — Chicken, andouille sausage, shrimp, and scallop gumbo with basmati rice
  • Pan-fried catfish — With black eyed peas, fennel, tomato, and sausage stew
  • Grilled culotte steak — With rutabaga mash, braised collard greens, and sweet potato butter
